THE PROPOSALS

The proposal, which will be in outline (with all matters reserved), is for residential development (up to 40 dwellings) associated works including infrastructure, open space and landscaping.

The proposed development includes a policy compliant level of affordable housing provision, designated areas of public open space and the retention of existing vegetated area.

 

A new vehicular and pedestrian access can be delivered off Freestone Grove and Cheviot Road to serve the development.

 

The Illustrative Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed residential development.
